Brian was courteous and helpful when he came to perform the spring tune-up for the heat pump. He used paper shoe covers to protect my flooring - without being asked to do so! He answered my questions thoroughly and provided a completed form for a Progress Energy rebate for maintenance. I certainly recommend Comfort PRO!

I called 3 other companies before I stumbled onto Brian with Comfort Pro. One wouldn't answer the phone, one forwarded me to a tech who then told me they weren't taking new customers, and the other scheduled an appointment only to call back and say that they didn't have time to see my system! I called Brian and not only did he answer the phone but he showed up the same day, fixed the first half of the problem, and then came back the next day and finished a major replacement in a Thunder Storm! You cant find service like that anywhere. You are the man Brian and I will highly recommend anyone your way!

After interviewing several area HVAC companies and receiving estimates for replacement of our HVAC system, my wife and I decided that Comfort Pro was the company we would use. After we had made our decision, we spoke with a good friend who had been in the HVAC business in Wilmington before moving out of town. Brian was very prompt and courteous and gave us several options based on our needs and our budget, something the other companies did not do. My system was malfunctioning intermittently. Therfore it was difficult to diagnose the problem. But Brian with Comfort Pro came out and found the problem on the first visit, which saved me time and money. Very professional and thorough. I would definately recommend Comfort Pro.
