Being new in town I had placed several calls to local heat and cooling businesses. After getting the run around from other local companies and a list of prices that were astronomical, I placed a call to Coleman's Heating & Cooling. Mr. Coleman called me back that same day and we discussed my cooling issue and he informed me he would be out to my house later that afternoon. He showed up as promised and checked all points outside and even crawled under the house to check each individual vent. As it turns out the cable company had completely crushed the main vent under the house when installing internet and had not informed me as such. Mr. Coleman had a team out to my house the very next day to fix the air vent and even tipped off the coolant in the A/C unit. Mr. Coleman and his team are very professional and concise. I will continue to recommend Coleman's Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of affordable, amazing service.

Contacted Mr. Coleman on 06/28/10 and he stated he would be able to come out the same day, should be around 8:00pm. Recommended we shut unit off just in case it was frozen. It was blowing some cool air but not enough to cool the house down as usual. We did as he instructed but he never called nor did he show. It was so hot in the house and really unbearable. I was expecting to possibly hear from him on 06/29/10 for an explaination but he never did call. Don't waste your time or cool air if you have any.

Not only was he professional, it was affordable too. I described to the tech over the phone what was going on and he somed it up between 2 options. Option 1 was right, my water heater was doing its job again. That was several months ago and it is still going strong. Thank you Colemans.
