These guys helped me out with a loan when nobody else would. I've been coming to them every since, and I love my credit union.

Great credit union! Been a member for years. They have my mortgage, and have had several car loans with them. The staff is always great to me.

I accidently called another close sounding credit union to discuss my account for the very first time. My account is for a car loan. Ive NEVER BEEN LATE - not once, NEVER. This other credit union took my call and were falling all over themselves with apologies for not answering sooner, and immediately started checking for problems on their end when they couldnt find my account. Realising my mistake, I called Co. -Op Services Credit union - the ones I DO have an account with --- each and every person I was able to talk to were rude, talked down to me FOR NOT HAVING THE PHONE NUMBERS FOR THEIR BRANCHES MAIN OFFICE, did NOT want to connect me, my name is an easy to pronounce name and they kept mangling its pronunciation - I feel now that it was deliberate on the part of the "service" representative. Then I tried to call using their automated phone system because they were still saying they were CLOSED AT 9:30 AM ON SATURDAY!!! I've been using these automated systems since they first came out - I prefer it for speed. - I kid you not -- "press 7 for branch locations and hours" resulted in an error message 3 times. - I speed dialed it just to make sure. I called again, there has to be a way to contact SOMEONE, "dial 888 for our fully automated system" A new speil read that if I would like hours and locations press 1" I almost choked. It actually said "There are no locations to list" I WILL TAKE A POLYGRAPH AND SWEAR TO THIS. If you are thinking of banking at a credit union DONT choose this one.
