CMS is top of the line! Their customer service department is efficient, personable and professional. It's one of the few large companies that makes me feel appreciated as a customer. They use the best alarm equipment. We've only had one service call to reprogram a new security code in our system, and the technician was professional and very knowledgeable. We really feel secure and safe with their quick response when we had an alarm. I have recommended CMS to relatives and friends. Once you have them, you won't think about using anyone else.
