Have been going to a gym for the past 20 years.. Decided 2 years ago I needed to try something new. Started going to Club Performax, got to know the folks there quickly. Made some great friendships and also changed my appearance in the process. I am feeling great at 60 something..have just started running again after a long lapse, I feel I have built up my endurance &vconfidence from training at the Club.
