I have not gotten any service just yet but this company is the first to answer my call and be completely honest with me. They didn't lie and say they cover cities that they actually don't, they are honest and they do exactly as they say they will. If they can not help with your issue they will not waste your time and are very sweet about your questioning and don't act rude like you wasted their time. They are open when they say they are open and not just for people with memberships like some of the other places I have called. I also got a callback from a tech almost immediately who was very happy to help me with my issue. They didn't take an hour or even 30 minutes at that to get a hold of me. There should be more companies like this who are happy with their jobs and happy to help those in need big or small. Thank you Donna Operator 22.
