I'll certainly call CLMS Plumbing again when I have plumbing issues! On Tuesday morning, while in the garage, we heard a noise: water dripping through an open access hatch while the shower was being used. While I normally do many repairs, on this one, I didn't even consider it, figuring it was a problem inside the wall or ceiling. I was referred to CLMS by my brother in law and called them, leaving a message. CLMS got back almost immediately. We exchanged messages by text and voice, he said he'd be here between 2 and 4 pm. Around noon, I got a call from. They were running ahead of schedule and could be over shortly. CLMS arrived as promised and very quickly found a problem. The pipe with the shower head was loose, and had been installed backwards by a contractor over a year ago. It took less than ten minutes and a bit of Teflon tape to repair and test it. I didn't argue with that. Will definitely call them again.

Had a dishwasher installed by CLMS Plumbing this week, and was really happy to have found them for the job. I called them over the weekend, he gave me a price range for the work, a date and time for the service, and delivered on both. I bought the dishwasher , but the company they refused to install it because it would require a hose of a non-standard length, and it was against their policy to use a non-standard part. I explained this to CLMS Plumbing, and gave him the measurement between the dishwasher and the sink, and he said he would take care of it. On the day of the service, I wasn't home, and my husband supervised their work. He said CLMS Plumbing spent a good couple of hours removing the old dishwasher, making sure all of the new connections were good, and even fixing a poorly made (or perhaps damaged during delivery?) leveling screw to make sure everything would work well. He took away my old dishwasher, and gave a 6-month guarantee on his work.

I am in facilities and Maintenance.for the past few years I have relied on CLMS Plumbing as my plumber of record. Service has always been top notch most of are repairs are routine. They work swiftly and efficiently to to get us back online . We have been able to trouble shoot most of a major repairs over the phone or email. So by the time the crew get to me a game plan is already in place and down time is minimal. CLMS Plumbing, thank you for getting in touch with me prior to the Crew coming out. After noticing a leak coming from the 2nd floor of my house, I contacted CLMS Plumbing to come check it out because I was certain I had a plumbing problem. The staff was extremely responsive to my service call request and arrived at my house within a few hours. After a thorough inspection, the technicians concluded the problem had nothing to do with my plumbing but instead the leak was coming from my HVAC system. I am very appreciative for the technicians' professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. If I experience any plumbing problem in the future, I would absolutely call CLMS Plumbing again.

It was after 2 pm on a Saturday, my gas water heater wasn't working and I couldn't get the pilot to light. I found Leonard's company on line and after reading all the positive reviews I called him. I figured it might be the therm-couple and would require parts and labor. He was here within an hour and was able to get the pilot lit. Then he showed me how to light it myself if it should happen again. The service fee was very reasonable and Leonard was courteous and professional. I will definitely call him again.

I was so happy I stumbled upon this business while doing a Google search. I called around the day before and prices with other companies ranged from $178 to $125 to unclog our kitchen drain. A plumber came to our house and gave us a quote the of $300 and told us we probably needed some new pipes, at which point we thanked him for his time and asked him to leave. CLMS Plumbing came out the next day, and had the best price to clear the drain!! Leonard was on time, courteous and professional. He came in, got the job done, and didn't try to sell us any additional services (which we didn't need). My family now has our kitchen sink back and are glad to be cooking and washing dishes again!

Leonard and his crew are excellent! They've helped save me thousands of dollars with their professional repairs. Their service is prompt, all of the technicians on staff are very courteous and knowledgeable, and repairs are of the highest quality, with one trip solving the problem. From slab leaks to water heater installations, valve and main drain replacements, to removing tree roots from sewer lines, these guys do it all with a smile. I would absolutely recommend.
