Service over the phone was very unpleasant. Just needed to get the address and cost of the tow. Instead I got rude remarks with a bad attitude. Better hop you don't get towed here. They don't care.

Please do not support this business. My vehicle got towed there bc it broke down in Pooler. We were told that it would cost $85 to tow. I called the listed number to ensure the vehicle had made it there, I was told that I would called back in 10 mins....why....I dont know. We arrived to Burnsed Towing in 5 mins and was told by the driver that it would cost $115. Our vehicle was recklessly handled and we were told to "get it out in 5 minutes! The rudest and most horrible sercice I've ever received!

My wife and child and I were cut off in the rain by the driver of a tow truck making an illegal left turn onto a mjor local highway. When we called to complain (calling the number on the side of the vehicle), we were routed directly to the driver of the vehicle that cut us off. He then began to yell profanity at us and said that he did nothing wrong, my wife hung up on him to avoid further confrontation. I called 10 minutes later to find out if this man was the driver or the owner. He wouldn't answer the question and told me he'd be waiting on me at a local business if I wanted to "talk about it man-to-man". I'm assuming that this man was the owner/operator. If not, I would hope that the real owner would have better hiring and firing skills. It's no wonder that they have no record with the Better Business Bureau. We will never ever do business with this company. We're in the process of finding out all of his local contracts to make them aware of this situation. If you value your safety and your car's safety and just want actual service....stay away from Clem Burnsed Body Shop and Towing.

On Mother's Day this year, while driving in I95 in Pooler, Ga., on our way from Florida to New York, our car was "totalled" by a hit and run vehicle. We were rushed to the hospital and our car was towed by CLEM BURNSED. Our car had a fully packed trunk and back seat with personal belongings from my handbag to a suitcase with jewelry, along with items we packed for a 6 month stay in New York. Our sons flew down to Georgia from New York to comfort us while we were hospitalized and during that time went to CLEM BURNSED TOWING to see if they could retrieve any of the items we left in the car. EVERY ITEM , down to the small change in the glove compartment, REMAINED in our vehicle. Our accident and the loss of our car was tragic ... but to be able to reclaim ALL of our personal items was very comforting. We were impressed with the HONESTY and INTEGRITY of this business and we will always be grateful.
