I have been a water customer of Clearwater since 1999. I was lied to about my delivery twice. this past week by two different reps of their company. I put in a water delivery order & never got the delivery after promising the date. I called again. A customer service manager guaranteed me a time slot for delivery after complaining & never showed. Seems the only person who knows how to run their business is on vacation. I refuse to do business with people that blatantly lie to me. Many times this past year, I've got no shows on deliveries, leaking jugs or very dirty ones. I'm done with Clearwater...

This company SUCKS! I will do everything in my power to get this known. They don't follow trough. DO NOT use them!!!!!! I just had Beachamp's out here. Scott came EXACTLY when he said he would. He was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond with some other questions I had. I will NEVER use Clearwater Systems again.

We installed a Kinetico system in June 2013. Since that time we have had 5 service calls for he same problem - the equipment recycles 24/7. In December, we had a service call for the same problem and received a service charge for $120. When I objected to this charge I was told by a billing person that sometimes when you buy equipment, like a car, you get a lemon, but my lemon is out of warranty so now the charges are mine.

Great service. Maybe I should have gone with Culligan after all.

We initially had a problem with our Kinetico system, but with the hlelp of Mark from Clearwater Systems in Hartland, we are working perfectly now. Very happy with our system.

Very pleased with Kyle the sales rep and with Scott who was our first contact with Clearwater Systems, and Michael who installed our system. Very professional and knowledgeable of the product and service. Answered all questions and concerns and above all the cleanliness before, during and after the job was complete. Clearwater has some fantastic associates that care about the customer and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. Love the new water system!!!

I have been in the area for many years. I have seen this companies vehicles around but was not sure exactly what all they offered. I was in the Home Depot locally and learned they services dozens if not more Home Depots for water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, iron filters and more. They treat well water and city water and can get EVERYTHING out of the water besides WATER, makes sense right? They came right out to my house and tested my water for free and I'm looking to upgrade my system and NEVER buy bottled water again. I am considering paying it all at once or possibly getting the best unit and paying it off in 12 months (zero interest). They do things outside of Home Depot as well but its nice home depot trusts them and backs them 100%! they MUST be top notch. and they are a family company which I LOVE! I just can't say enough of how great these folks are!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Find someone else! From hi pressure to buy a reverse osmosis system, that doesn't work properly, to dealing with a technician with all thumbs. If you call to speak to the manager, there will be three people, that will call you back. Their headquarters are someplace in Ohio, then about 3 layers of managers (Larry, Moe, and Curly). They claim to be the gold standard of water treatrment facilities -- they're fool's gold now. Fergetaboutem.

I couldn't be more please with the product and service. I knew that I needed a new softener and also needed a water pressure tank. Clearwater's service man installed both in the matter of a couple of hours. He had to remove some old galvenized plumbing first. When he departed, the old plumbing and tanks were gone, as was every container and wrapper from the new stuff. The new plumbing appear very professional and installed by someone taking pride in his work. And... my tanks are all located at the far end of my basement from the basement doorway. There was not one drop of water or dirt any where, with the exception of some dampness in the area where the tanks had been replaced. Hopefully, I will not need Clearwater's services for many years, but I won't be hesitant to call them back if I do.

Do not allow this company in you home! Two representatives came to check our water softener--no obligation according to Home Depot. After they left I discovered holes in the side of our softener tank that I know were not there before. Is this a scam? Now we definitely need a new water softener and they have offered to fill the holes or give us $100 off a new one. That leaves us with a temporary fix or a bill for almost $800 if we by the cheapest one they offer. Will this review be posted? I thhink not. In business since 1946 and they have no reviews. Could this be because they are all bad and they wouldn't post them?
