Stay away from this Bogas company! I asked them to look at my Hot tub. They kept canceling on me. I would stay at home on my days off and they wouldn't show or call. When the Tech did show up the first time, all he did was make a mess that he didn't clean up and charge me $80 and said he would be back the next day. He didn't show up or call for days. Then when he did, he guessed where the leak was, did some work with a sealer left, then charged me again. My hot tub still leaks. This is a fly-by-night company. They have no physical address. They say "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but after I wrote them a letter, weeks later, they haven't gotten back to me.

NOT IMPRESSED with this company at all!! At the onstart of every winter we have issues with our hot tub every year. Up to this year we have had to use a warranty company for repairs so this time since we were no longer under warranty we called these guys! WHAT A JOKE! from the onset.........be out in 3 days........took more like 3 weeks! At least they informed us up front they were going to rob us blind and do nothing for us though so shame on us for trusting them. when they finally did show up they took all of 10 minutes to "diagnose" our problem, narrowing it down to two possible parts, took our check and said they would call back with part prices and repair cost. TWO MONTHS LATER HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM SINCE! so we spent $130 DIDN'T EVEN GET A DIAGNOSIS, AND ARE WHERE WE WERE BACK IN NOVEMBER!? Be smarter than we were..........DON'T USE THIS COMPANY unless you have money to burn!
