6 stars! One number I NEVER want to lose in my contact list. I've owned a dozen houses over the past 25 years on both coasts and in between, and I have hated dealing with ANY issue that dealt with water heaters, toilets, flooded basements, busted pipes. Met Jeff at Clear Drain, after plumbers in SLC, I found the 1 to trust. 1-call them, 2-90% of the time, a plumber answers, makes personal contact, ID's your problem, and calls back for details because he's on a job, 3-you two agree on a time, they show up, 4-they sell you only what you need, 5-I once was cash poor, Jeff showed up with 1 of his guys & they worked for HOURS on a job they didn't expect, should have stopped to update me & revise the estimate. Knowing my limit, Jeff kept his word-billed me the original quote+$15 for a part. A small biz with heart can't afford to donate time every day-it deserves your business-don't overpay for a job well done. My garbage disposal was not working and making loud noises. I call them and they arrived in a short time and fixed it all up pretty quickly.

My toilet was old and having a lot of problems. They came in and put a new one in that works great and is quieter.

This company came and put in a new bathtub for me when I was finally about to buy a jetted tub. They did a great job.
