My wife and I unknowingly were exposed to mold in my mother-in-law's basement. We both developed a mold allergic reaction. I contacted Clean Air Services and Don Paxton promptly visited the house and performed various tests to identify the problem. He worked seemlessly with our mold remediation contractor and over the course of a few weeks the mold problem was resolved. Don is professional, knowledgable, compasionate and very accommadating. I strongly recommended him to anyone who has a mold problem.

I had mold in the basement of my income property and needed to find out if it was dangerous mold. Don Paxton did a very thorough testing. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, his extensive reports and his courtesy and diplomacy toward my tenant. He returned phone calls immediately and answered questions we had regarding the mold, the cleaning process, etc. I felt I was in good hands and had him retest after the remediation was done. JUST A NOTE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT I HAD A VERY SERIOUS FLOODING PROBLEM THAT CREATED BLACK FUZZY MOLD OUTSIDE. I CALLED AROUND ANDNOT MANY PEOPLE TEST OUTSIDE. I WAS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE MET MR DON PAXTON AND HE WAS ABLE TO ISOLATE THE MOLD PROBLEM. SINCE MY HEALTHWAS BEING AFFECTED, I AM GRATEFUL THAT I WAS ABLE TO FIND SOMEONE WHO IS REPUTABLE, TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL THAT HELPED ME DURING THIS EXTREMELY STRESSFUL TIME.
