Six years ago, a stray cat climbed onto my window sill (2nd story!!!) and created a HUGE hole in my kitchen screen window. I took the screen to City Screen primarily because they were close to me. SO glad I did. They gave me a reasonable price for redoing the screen. When I asked how I would prevent a future occurrence as there are a number of strays in the neighborhood, they explained, for a not-very-expensive additional charge, I could get the screen re-done with material that would withstand not only cat claws, but knives, a saw, etc (and gave me a demo of a screen done with this material.) There was no heavy-duty sales pitch to do the more expensive repair. Since then, I've acquired one of the stray cats...and moved. This cat ended up, in our new place, slitting a nice flap in the back window screen and running away. Happily, I found him.; And, once again, 'cat-proofed' a window in my home. I'll HAPPILY use them again!!!

Owner is a jerk, when we tried calling him about insurance. Reviews can be a great thing online so businesses need to be treating everyone good.
