I just want to share a great experience I had with Christian irrigation.

I had some sprinklers that needed to be moved up because of new sod placement and one that needed to be repaired. I was very happy with the crew that Tim sent out. They were very respectful, professional, very informative, and efficient.

They also did a general check up of all the sprinklers throughout my property. The system is working like a charm now and I’m so relieved to have it repaired. I highly recommend Christian irrigation to anyone in need of their services.

I contacted the owner of Christian Irrigation and asked him to come out to inspect my sprinkler system and give me some assistance with its operation because my husband passed away and I did not know how to operate the sprinkler system. This man had been personally recommended by others on our Neighborhood website. I told him that I did not know how to turn the sprinklers on, or how to set the timing sequence for the sprinklers to come on at a specific schedule. I asked for the timing of my sprinklers to be regularly scheduled to come on Mon, Wed, and Fri. @ 6:00 pm. I also asked for all the water stations to be turned on temporarily so he could show me WHERE the 9 sprinkler head stations were located in my large yard. I did not know how to do any of this myself. I asked that he inspect my sprinkler system also to make sure I did not have any "leaks" because I had a huge water bill. These were all the things I needed help with and the reason I needed a sprinkler system technician to help me. He did not come out himself, but sent two workers instead. All they did was replace 2 small plastic sprinklerhead parts @ $5.00 each. They did not help me with any of the other things I had asked for. When I tried to explain anything to them, there was a language issue. They buried one of my sprinkler heads under a big pile of dirt with a shovel, so it wouldn't leak. Is this how you "repair" something? I called Mr. Christian again and asked him to come out himself. He said he was too busy with a "big job". He didn't seem interested in coming out himself. Finally he said he could not come out until the following week, and it would have to be on Sunday. I said Sunday would be fine. I told him "I am 75 years old and my husband passed away. I really need some help". He did not come out that Sunday, or call, or leave me a message. More than three weeks have now passed. My $100 check has been cashed and the things I had hired him to do for me are still not done.
