Dean the owner seems like a nice guy but this is what happened to me

When replacing parts on my chimney they used old used damaged materials. I called to complain and spoke to Dean the owner and he stated that he would get back to me. Never received a call. Two years later I received a call from Dean again looking for business from me. I explained that I didn't have a good experience with his company last time. He explained that he was the owner and very sorry and would like to try and make it right, so I went against my better judgement and scheduled an appt. The day of the appt. he called 10 minutes before the scheduled time to cancel do to emergency chimney call...said he would call me back and surprise surprise I never got a call. This is the action of an owner trying to win a customer back. There are many companies out there that care about customers and reputation of the business they own I suggest going with one of them
