Contractor came to my house and installed the carpet, however left behing 4 seams (joints) that you can actually notice them. There are spikes that went through the carpet in the busiest area of my house. Edges along the baseboard where you can pull the carpet up very easy, one hole in the middle of the hallway and one big one in the basement. I called in and spoke to the owner mike holston on a wednesday to fix the at least the spike issue, he said monday next week and as today its been over 30 days and he never showed up and he is not answering his phone. We explain the emergency of this because we have 2 children and one still crawls; and guess what ? one of them already cut his foot... Will not absolutely not recommend mike holston and his company at all. They made the money and disappear...
