This is one of the Best companies i Have dealt with in over 10 years,my old company which I will not mention their name have charged me $125.00 to come out to my house so of course I was leery to say the least when my Big Brother Referred Me to Certified Heating because my regular company could not make it out for 4 days and they only charge $38.00 to come out & diagnose my problem I was leery! but I trusted my brothers choice and was amazed when Nicole of Certified came out charged me $38.00 to diagnose my a/c problem and then told me how much the total was with the parts,freon & service charge came out to just under $300.00 and it took her 40 min from start to finish. she also was running late and kept me in touch on her progress to my house, which my old company never did! she also went over my system and how it works which once again my old company would just hand me a expensive repair bill and say "will that be credit,check or cash?" Bottom line try them Yourself and see for yourself ,i am a believer.
