The clowns from Central Valley Towing tried to steal my BMW from in front of my condo where I have paid for a space reserved exclusively for me. I tried to stop them and they threatened to call the police. I said go ahead then they said that I would have to pay $90.00 for them to put my car back on the ground. The heavy set shrill female named Elizabeth tried to wow me by claiming she used to work in the police department. Hard to believe. Then refused to wait for my buddy to run down to the ATM to pull $90 to make them go away! Even though I showed them the parking permit that fell off the rear view mirror and was clearly visible on the seat where it had fallen.

These are bottom feeders of the tow industry who have more in common with the school yard bully who tries to steal your lunch money than they do of a professional tow agency.

Illegal booting of my daughters car. She was parked in a parking lot. No sign. Wanted cash- they need to be investigated. Very poor rating on BBB for the same thing. Illegal booting of cars. SLC needs to shut them down. They are criminals.

This company is horrible and sneaky. I parked in a McDonald's parking lot to get my kids a treat, went next store for 5 minutes to get one item and come back to find a boot on my car. I was going to be a paying customer at McDonald's but after the $90 fine I could not afford it. They were rude and horrible. They sat against the wall smoking at McDonald's and waited for people to park and would boot them. Beyond sneaky company. Sorry your going under but don't take it out on people who are just paying customers to businesses. I want my money back now!

If you want a excellent and worry free towing and roadside service that won't hurt your wallet you need to call central valley towing they take the fear out of being towed :)
