Please understand, I'm just rating their phone etiquette. I called to get an estimate for my elderly friend & got a voicemail stating that their phone service was not working, which is why it went to her cell phone. So I tried later that day (today) and a lady picked up the phone. When I simply wanted to verify that I had the correct #, since she didn't answer with a business name, she sharply demanded that I stop calling & to never call again. Then she hung up.
