Carter Plumbing, James Carter Plumbing, Budget Plumbing are all just one guy saying he has offices all over northeast Texas. Like a sucker I believed him and hired him to install plumbing for a remodeled bathroom. That was weeks ago. He took our 1800.00 and left us with a plumbing mess that cannot be used. According to a plumber that actually has a license, the work will have to be completely redone. James Carter had cut off his phone numbers. The one # I did find still working, he won't return our calls. Do not fall for the good reviews like I did, they are bound to be made up. He's a scam artist and we are out the money we'd saved.
