My car needed to be towed so I called my roadside assistance from my insurance. The insurance texted me the address of the mechanic that I suggested to make sure it was right which it was. I call the mechanic the next day and they don't have my car. I call the towing company and they didn't know where my car is, they had no idea where they took my car. They lost my car. After what felt like forever they call me back and tell me they took it to the wrong address and tried to blame the insurance company and say they gave them the wrong address even though the insurance company sent me the correct one that it was being towed to. So they lost my car and lied about it instead of owning up to their mistake.

They towed our car to the wrong location and then tried to blame the insurance company until we showed them documentation of the address given to them by the insurance company.
