Our experience was unique. When we first contracted with you for floors I couldn't careless, it was my wifes thing.You provided us with samples galore, probally enough to do a small room. We choose hickory, my wife loved the character with light and darker boards for contrast and felt she could "own" it for our house. Her selection was just wood to me.Bruce delivered the material to the house and monitored the sub floor and material for proper acclimation prior to installation over radient heat sub floors.When Bruce arrived to install,sand and finish the hickory hardwood floors he worked with professionalism and knowledge and turned my house into a showroom. It was not just wood to me any longer. Everybody who walks into my home is amazed at the beauty. The job came out wonderful. My only regret is having carpet in the living room. I plan on having the carpet removed and Bruce to install more hickory hardwood floors.One more thing, when I go into other friends houses I can really
