Provided by YP.comMy husband bought struts for my car a couple years ago. Was told they had a three year warranty. When he called to get new struts under warranty he was told he needed the original receipt! He was never told that when he purchased them! Why do they ask for phone & address if all they require is a receipt? I don't think they want to honor their warranties!
