These people set an appointment with me for an estimate the week before. The day of the appointment they called at the time of the appointment and said they were running late but on the way. I said ok, that's fine. 15 minutes later they call wanting to reschedule for later in the day. Steve had set an appointment for a $30,000 dollar job out of town and said he was running late. He said I needed to reschedule for later in the day. Although I wasn't happy, I was courteous and explained it would take him all of 5 minutes to look at the job. He wanted to shoot me a price over the phone without seeing the site. I needed a written estimate for insurance and wanted it to be accurate. We agreed to 3:30. At this point he decided he didn't need my business and said he was done talking about it. I think he blew me off for a bigger fish. This will give you some idea of how they do business.
