THEY DO NOT OWN ANY EQUIPMENT OR VANS.
The fact that the reviews are all over the map comes down to the fact that they dispatch other vendors to do the work.
They pay the vendors very little to do the work. (less than half the "cupon" price)
The vendor doing the work takes a loss on every service call.
Best bet is to use a company with its own equipment.
The service will be better, you get what you pay for.

I tried Atlantis because of the 5 star rating yellow pages gave them. Sure enough, everything was perfect from the initial phone call to the time the service was complete. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family. Finding a good carpet cleaner is like finding a good mechanic. In an industry full of crooks and inexperienced providers, when you find a good one YOU STICK WITH THEM! They truly understand this.
