Andrew Hart Adler and Carolyn A. Beegan have joined together in a rare collaboration of artistry. Through the juxtaposition of photography and oil painting, they have created a new visual language – a hybrid of digital imagery and painting that successfully balances elements of both contemporary and classical artwork. These innovative pieces bring together elements of the emotional and material worlds represented through the flora and fauna they encountered in Central America. For the past thirty-five years, Adler has shown his work on both sides of the Atlantic. His paintings are represented in museums and corporate collections in Europe and the U.S.. Beegan has exhibited principally in the U.S. and has her work held in corporate and private collections of note.
