If we could do zero stars we would. An appt was made and the service rep forgot. On the second appt two days later still a no show. A call was made and he stated that based on his phone diagnosis it wasn't worth coming out because we wouldn't want to spend $500 for a washer basket. He just plain didn't want to drive out and most likely didn't forget the first appt and didn't call to say he wasn't coming for the second appt. I'm amazed that a service person would have so little respect for someone that they'd simply not show up and assume that we'd not want to pay for his time to come out and diagnose a problem. This review will be posted to as many sites as is possible in the coming days and weeks. Thanks for wasting our time.
