I simply had questions regarding my daughter's recovered stolen vehicle and was met by the most rude person on the other line who would not tell me any public data on my daughter's car or answer any questions I may have regarding helping her get her car out of impound. I would never call them for a tow as I have seen multiple other poor rating on the web for them also. Stay away from this company.!
