My experience with this cab service was the worst! I assumed they knew how to locate the address I had, WRONG. Not to mention the wait in the first place. After sitting in the hotel lobby for 20+ minutes I went to my room to check the number and saw the cab pull up...by the time I rode the elevator back down the driver had left and I had to call and have him return. And he was rude!

The customer service people are incredibly rude. They act like taking your call is a huge burden on them.



The cabs are very slow. Everyone I know who has called them has had a terrible time and the cabs usually take 30 minutes or more to arrive.
