Started on the backs of two hard-working professionals, Rita and Mike Frailey have made a name for themselves on the Oregon Coast that is unparalleled. Our landscape philosophy leads us to believe plants and people can live together in perfect harmony. Our ultimate goal is to take our vision of the garden and the client's needs and create a beautiful landscape. The process of improving your yard or garden starts with Rita, our owner and designer, who will meet with you to discuss your individual landscape needs.
