AS a NEW York state certified special education teacher. I have made a career of helping those in need. However. Along with being an educator of young children. I AM Also an educator of dogs and the humans that OWN them. I AM a trainer and an expert in DOG behavior. SO I specialize in correcting and modifying unwanted or problematic behaviors. I USE a unique approach to DOG training. Where MY educational style is performed much like a hands on teacher in a classroom. Teaching the dogs and educating their owners. I conduct MY lessons in a calm. Logical. Professional. And friendly manner SO that your experience will always BE both enjoyable and INFORMATIVE. ​EVERY DOG is a unique individual. Therefore each DOG should BE read and trained according to what works best for HIM or HER. There cannot BE a universal “best method” if NO TWO dogs learn exactly alike. YOU CAN teach a DOG to SIT using an endless variety of methods. While every approach MAY have given YOU an END result of the DOG sitting. Certain methods are bound to NOT only work faster. But yield more reliable results. MY methods. Whether teaching basic commands or working on managing difficult or dangerous behaviors. Will always vary depending on what is best for the DOG. SO many of OUR dog’s unwanted behaviors were created AS a result of OUR inability to properly communicate with them. MY goal is to help show YOU HOW to communicate better with your DOG. AS well AS read their behaviors, a DOG has NO previous comprehension of OUR language. YET we yell OUT commands and expect it to listen. I will teach YOU HOW to speak and understand their language. With a better understanding of your dog’s behavior. YOU are better equipped to handle and manage it. With stronger communication. YOU gain more control. I will teach YOU HOW to USE this NEW control without frustration. Anger. Force. Or domination.
