We offer the services of QuickBooks ProAdvisors Certified Bookkeepers and Microsoft Office Specialists. Our firm is staffed with professionals who have advanced training and education. They boast a wealth of experience gained as controllers, accountants and bookkeepers in a wide range of business environments.
We are proficient in a number of accounting packages. QuickBooks, all versions including Enterprise Solutions and Point-of-Sale, Peachtree, Microsoft Small Business Accounting and MYOB.
We can work with you on a one time project, or on an on-going basis, such as our quarterly clean-up service or our monthly bookkeeping service. We can work on as little or as much as you want, on-site or remotely. We also offer convenient evening and weekend hours.

- We advise you on entity options, tax compliance, payroll set-up and bookkeeping systems. We help you file the necessary state and federal forms, obtain a tax id number from the IRS and provide ongoing support. We also prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections. We are a one-stop resource for starting a new business. We can make it all happen with just one phone call. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll. Sales Tax Returns, done monthly or weekly. Our services include data entry, invoicing, bill paying, account reconciliation, and Financial Statement preparation. We also offer special customized industry reports upon request and other specialized services. For example, we can digitize our receipts and attach them to your bookkeeping software. This can help with tax preparation and documents retainage. We can work with you on an hourly, weekly or monthly basis, or you can choose one of our Flat Rate Bookkeeping Packages. Rates start at $150 a month, and with our Flat Rate Bookkeeping Packages there are no contracts to sign and we can do all of your bookkeeping at our offices. If you have a low volume of transactions, or would like us just to review your file for errors and mispostings, then our Quarterly bookkeeping service is for you. We will review your file and correct any errors, we can also file your quarterly federal and state payroll and sales tax returns.
