Had GREAT experience with CAC from first contact to completion of the tree trimming. I would like to give BIG TIME PROPS to Nina, Juan, Nick & his crew 2. Very impressed with w/ the promptness of Juan & Nick & crew. Also w/ Nina, who seemed to always be available to speak to. Proposal amt. was, I thought very fair. The tree trimming & debris cleanup done in a professional manner. Would recommend CAC to everyone. I will use CAC again. THANKS TO EVERYONE!!!!

California Arbor Care removed some palms in my F/Y last week and did a terrific job. They yard looks real great, you can't even tell I had 30 ft palms before. They were even kind enough to spread some wood chips in my garden afterward. CALL THEM!!!

California Arbor Care recently removed some stumps from my house. The stumps were located in a planter 3 ft off the ground, so this was in no way a typical job. C.A.C. showed up when they said they would and somehow managed to get a 500pd machine into the planter and removed the stump completely. The did a great job and I'm having them back next week to plant a small palm in its place. Thanks CAC!

I called California Arbor Care for an estimate because they're fully bonded and insured unlike most of their competitors who only claim to be. I was surprised with the Arborist Mike who showed up because he advised to postpone the trimming of certain Oaks till a hotter season. I couldn't believe an owner of a company would pass on a chance to make more money, but Mike genuinely seemed more concerned about the Oaks health than making a profit. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a certified Arborist who knows what their doing.

I've been using California Arbor Care for the past 3 years and I've never had a problem with them. Their staff usually provides me with a proposal pretty quickly after I request one. I could do without waking up to the sound of chainsaws at 7am, but apparently the city allows haha. But in all seriousness, they do good work and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great stump removal guys! California Arbor Care recently removed a few stumps from my property and they did a quick and professional job. I can finally move forward my exterior remodeling and plant some grass. THANKS!!!

Thanks California Arbor Care! The City wouldn't allow me to remove an Oak tree on my property because it's protected under certain city ordinances even though it was clearly dead. California Arbor Care provided me with a certified arborist report that proved the Oak was dead. I was then able to get my application to have the tree removed approved by the city. Now I don't have to worry about the tree falling over during the next wind storm. I recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional and licensed tree service.

During the recent wind storms California Arbor Care was able to save 3 trees that were damaged from the winds. They also showed polite and very courtious service to our whole family. They have all our future business.

I requested a professional company to give me an estimate on a tree stump growing through my fence and asked for professional suggestion on all trees on my property. I trusted they would stand behind their word and provide the service they quoted. Not only were they late, they damaged my electrical pipe on my house, the chain link fence, didn't complete the job in any way. Sent one person to try and remove stumps quoted and was unsuccessful after 3 days and trying to contact Mike the manager/owner who refused to speak with me. Left messages for Jim who did not return my call either. Afterward sent out Jim, the initial person who gave the quote to discuss status and he became unreasonable and irate before threatening to file a lien on my property since I told him I would have to take this matter up in a legal fashion. Unbelievably unprofessional as they quoted a job that they in no way completed and left my fence and wires on the ground and no clean up nor a return to complete a job they were paid for in full which by the way was made out to Mike personally not to the company name by their request. Seems to be a family run business as Jim and Mike are brothers and some of the workers being also related. Also workers informed me that "Jim tells people all kinds of stuff that can be done and doesn't know what he's talking about" YIKES!!! Hopefully everyone who suffers from their services takes the time to file a report with not only the Better Business Bureau but the State Contractors Board for their malpractice that we were unfortunate enough to be effected by as a trusting homeowner. I would NEVER recommend them and have pictures to back me up.

Excellent service at very reasonable prices. We had four bids before we chose California Arbor Care and with the exception of the uninsured guy who also turned out not to be an arborist, they were by far the least expensive. And the difference between the uninsured guy and this company really wasn't much! During the free quote process the arborist even told us that no matter who did the work, don't let them trim as much back as we had initially requested (tree was hanging into neighbor's yard) because it would make our gorgeous olive tree susceptible to major infection and we might lose half the tree. One other company said the same thing. When we hired Calif. Arbor Care they showed up on time, were fast and cleaned up everything, and the tree looks great, not butchered like our other neighbors who did it themselves. We will be hiring them again, because of both price and professional service!

We had California Arbor Care do several trees at our work and hired them to do our home. They did a very good job (No Butcher Job) and would recommend them to anyone, prices are fair. They have Certified Arborists and Certified Tree workers on staff.

I hired California Arbor Care to trim and reduce an ash tree and they did a very lousy job. Very unprofessional and ugly- the tree is uneven and unsightly. I specifically asked when talking to Mike over the phone if the person up in the tree was a certified arborist and he said the person was. I found out by talking to the crew in Spanish that the tree trimmer California Arbor Care sent was not certified by the International Society of Aboriculture and had in fact failed the exam three times even though he had "15" years experience.I I should have known better when California Arbor Care sent out their job bidder who showed up before his appointed time and left the bid in the mailbox that something was amiss; but again I believed that California Arbor Care would send out an arborist on every job as I was assured by Mike that that is how they work. I called California Arbor Care to inform them that the person in the tree said he had failed 3 times and they did not send another crew. In fact, there is a difference in the quality of the job done on the first day before calling California Arbor Care and the job performed the second day. The job performed on the second day is uneven, choppy, and very noticeable. Every time I approach my home I see the tree and am disappointed that one side looks beautiful and the other looks like it was hacked by amateurs. I regret the day I hired California Arbor Care to trim and reduce my formerly beautiful, if over grown tree. It would have been better just to leave it, or have gone with another licensed arborist who took pride in his work and stuck to his word.



I would recommend asking the California Arbor Care crew they send to do your job if he is a certified tree worker or an arborist. If not, do not let the California Arbor Care tree trimmer in your tree!!! Ask to see their credentials too, because the crew that came to my house did not have them and could not produce them when asked. Shame on me for not insisting before letting them onto my property. But really, I expect better from a company like California Arbor Care that presents themselves as fully certified, fully trained tree care professionals.
