I decided to go get ice cream at a local ice cream shop and take it home to my family. Jokes on me. $15 of ice cream wasted and made my car disgusting because myself and five other families were blocked in because of C&D Towing. Moms and crying kids, the hottest day of the year, Paige's PEAK business hours, they decide to unload a car into the Paige's parking lot and block people out of leaving for 45 minutes. Get it together!! If you were towing for the company next door you should have either towed during business hours or IDK maaaaybe started the unloading process on the car lots property?? To make it worse this poor couple and their two screaming kids just wanted to leave and instead the guy unloading the car just rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed and made matters a lot worse. FINALLY he was finished and he has the balls to walk to me in my car and tell me that the car he unloaded would be blocking me in and I should be careful in maneuvering out of the spot so I don't hit his car. I complained to him about them getting me new ice creams to take home and his response was to roll his eyes and say "yeah just don't hit the car" and get into his truck and leave. Just don't be a jerk, dude. You could have gotten me new ice creams for my family or apologized or WARNED US before you started unloading so we could LEAVE before you blocked us off. Unprofessional classless and rude.

Good people

These guys were right on point. They towed my truck from mcgills towing who ripped me off and treated me fair. They were fast, reliable, and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

This is kind of a long story, ...

This is kind of a long story, so I'll try to keep it interesting. AAA sent these folks out to tow my car when the alternator died on a Friday night. I gave the driver, Kyle P. the exact address where the car needed to be dropped. Kyle didn't write the address down, but he seemed competent, so I trusted him to remember the address and get my car to her destination. Saturday morning, my mechanic called to let me know that the car wasn't at his shop. AAA told me to call C & D to try to figure out what was going on. I spoke to Bonnie @ C & D. Bonnie said that she wasn't sure where the car was and Kyle had the day off, so she probably wouldn't be able to reach him. When Kyle showed up to work at 3(I guess he didn't really have the day off), Bonnie called to let me know that Kyle took the car to a different location and dropped my key in their key slot. Bonnie said that the car was left there because I did not give Kyle the exact address(Really?!?! REALLY!!!!??). Kyle told her he tried to call me three times(my phone didn't ring, I had no missed calls, and he didn't leave a voice message to let me know that the car just might not be where I asked him to take it.) She said they would take the car to the right shop if I drove to McKees Rocks to meet the driver. I didn't have a way to get up there, so I had to wait until Monday to get the key and get the car towed to the right shop.

I understand that people sometimes make mistakes. We are human. The part that really irks me is that the folks at C & D never took responsibility. Kyle lied to cover his mistake, and Bonnie blamed me for the mix-up. That's no way to treat your customers!

I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that AAA cancels C & D's contract, or at least suspends it until C & D can get its act together. I don't want anybody else to be put through that kind of aggravation. I'm pretty sure this experience took five years off my life(and no doubt added a few gray hairs).
