Worst customer service experience I ever had in my life,



It took the service repairman 4 house calls to figure the problem with my dishwasher.....The original problem with my dishwasher was fixed but the end results was that I ended up re-installing my dishwasher by myself and now I have a new water leakage problem...



Even the service call center was inattentive to the bad service I was receiving....I had better experience with offshore call centers...

I have had Busen's out several times. I have always had excellent service by men who are competent and safe to have in my home. The repair costs were a good value. I found the company easy to work with reliable and that they offered me many options. I also have purchased many appliances from them over the years. Their selection and helpful staff made my purchasing experience easy from start to finish. After several years with my new appliances they all still work. That is the quality I have come to expect from Busen's.

A svc man came out on 11/28/11 & replaced my stove igniter . I used the oven 3 times over the next month . I called in jan .'12 because it went out again & they said it only had a 30 day warranty on it .! I said there was no way a "good" part would fail after only 3 uses & the part must have been faulty . I was told they could send out a svcman but I would still be charged a service fee & for a new part . I am retired & don''t have the money to pay again . I will never use them or refer them again as I have in the past. They never offered to work with me or offered any type of options ...just no regard for senior citizens at all . I plan to report them to a consumers protection group .

I did not have very good results Busen repair service. I had them come out to look at my dryer because cloths were still damp after first cycle of trying to dry cloths (it has been taking twice as long as normal). He thought he fixed it (within 5 minutes), but after he left I did more laundry and the same problem was going on with it.

They reschedule to come out again at later date.

This time he replaced the thermostat and said it is coming up to right temperature and he left. The dryer is still not fixed, it dries white cloths with no problem, jeans and dark cloths....forget about it. It takes about 2 hours to fully dry them. Paid money for repair service and it is not fixed properly. Both times, technician came out he was in a HURRY....you would think he would of stuck around another 10 minutes just to make sure the dryer was going to continue to stay hot during the drying cycle.



My advice, before you call Busen for repair........you might just want to try someone else or just buy a new one.

As an owner of a small business I am always passing on names of any outstanding business that I know of personally. I was referred by 1 of my employees to call Busen. I called and the nicest receptionist answered my call. Was very helpful and set my appt. to have my washer fixed. Tim B came out the following day and was there on time and done in no time. The cost was very reasonable and my washer works GREAT!!!!!! I called the office and let them know how I felt also. I will recommend Busen to anyone who is in need of there services.
