Nobody likes being towed, but I was and I wasn’t too upset about it. I walked to the shop and didn’t realize they meant to meet them where they take the vehicles. I called the man back and he came to pick me up because I told him I was walking and it was a pretty far walk.

Shouldn't even be called a business. Disgusting excuse for employees. Called to see if they towed my car, and was cursed at. Reported my car as stolen, they were questioned by the cops and lied about having my car. Most horrible humans on the face of the earth I wish them the very worst.

I would give them zero stars if possible. THEY TOWED ME FROM MY OWN LOT. Piece of crap business. They're so RUDE and completely unprofessional. I've never written a review in my entire life but I hate this place so much and would tell anyone to stay away from these awful people.

I felt the need to leave a review because I was shocked that this business keeps getting one star on here. Yesterday, my car starter decided to stop working (at a gas pump no less), and I had no other choice but to call Buggey's and have them tow it to their shop for me. It's very convenient that they are both a towing company and an auto-repair place and could take it right to their lot to get fixed. The guy who towed it for me was SUPER friendly and helpful. This happened at about 4pm and by 9am they had already diagnosed what was wrong with it. And by 1pm I was on my way to pick it back up. I can't stress how nice, personable, and helpful they were when I went in to get it. They even took their time to help me back out of the lot onto Philly St.

For all the people complaining that they are rude because you are mad that they towed your car when you were parked illegally, you need to get over it because that's their job! They are a TOWING company. Best I've ever had actually!

I would give zero stars if I could! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employees. The employees don't tell their customers where their car is even going when asked, instead they reply with "just go." When someone is standing at their window in their bare feet asking where they can retrieve their car. Their business is a pathetic excuse for one. It's unorganized with piles of trash everywhere. And on top of all of this, they blew EVERY SINGLE STOP SIGN on the way to the tow lot. They should not be able to do business in any town and Indiana should really consider who they allow in their town.

I would rate this company at zero stars if possible! Absolutely rude employees and very unprofessional. I had to visit my girlfriend and park in her lot because she was extremely sick. I almost had to take her to the hospital and prior had to run errands for medicine. Around 930 I go to move my car and see BUGGY'S tow company hauling my truck up the dirt hill barely missing my front bumper on the ground. I ran out I. My sock in the mud to explain my situation of how my girlfriend was seriously I'll and I was taking care of her and the passenger told the driver to "GO" to the other driver. I had my keys in my hand just about to move it and they said there been trying to hookup my truck for 20 minutes. They wouldn't even tell me where I could get my truck or how to get it back. Then he shoddily wrote on a scratch piece of paper with no business card (not even remotely close to a business) and I had to retrieve my car. First off, what if I had to take my girlfriend to the hospital after he towed me? Secondly how unprofessional and non compassionate could they be? Thirdly, they blew every single stop sign on the way to their mud pit lot! I wish the police would have pulled them over to get a taste of their own medicine! $120 for towing is absolutely rediculous and is unjust at best. I wish indiana pa would realize how rude and unprofessional the workers and the company actually is. There has to be some understanding in any business! Those same workers are doing nothing more than filling their own pockets and have no heart whatsoever. This company is a terrible excuse for any business and the employees and company need seriously evaluated. How inconsiderate to tow someone trying to do good and make sure a fellow partner is well enough to make it through the night without a hospital visit

RUDE DISRESPECTFUL TOWING COMPANY. I would not recommend them to anyone. They've towed two times and both times same two guys who are rude and nasty. No personal skills what so ever. Very disappointed they are in business.

Worst people I've ever met in my life

The people at buggys couldn't be more disrespectful and horrible human beings. The apartment complex I live in is a gated community with an office that closes at 8. I was borrowing my sibling's car because mine is not drivable at the moment. I got to my apartment around 4 o'clock am so there was no way to get a parking pass from the office (and the complex gate was open as well, which means that anyone can come in and out for visiting) I ended up not going to sleep until around 7:45 am. I woke up around 9:00 to go to class and couldn't find my car in front of my building. Found out buggys towed my car and called them. I had told them that they must've towed after 7 am which they are not allowed to because that is when they are supposed to end towing for the night, they disagreed when my landlord said otherwise. Also I always see the tow trucks right in front of my window and I can even hear them. So they must've towed it after I had fallen asleep (may I remind you again that towing should END AT 7 AM). They also said they take "mental notes" of what cars are supposed to be there...are you kidding me? What if someone got a new car and they didn't know? Anyways... As soon as I entered the shop asking if my car is here, the old man with the white longer hair gave me the worst attitude. I tried to tell him there were other cars with snow piled high on them and no way to see the passes on those cars. Another guy chimed in and said "well it was really cold out yesterday, so we didn't want to do that" THATS YOUR JOB!!!!! And i told them that And then they agreed to say that my car was an easy target since the snow wasn't on it. I asked to speak to the owner and they refused to let me talk to him. It then got extremely heated and the old man put his hand in my face yelling at me and just kept cutting me off and repeating "$120...$120.." I have never yelled at anyone like that in my life or been treated and yelled at that way." HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEGATIVE COMMENTS from local garages and IUP Police as well. !!!!

Son's car was recently towed from an UNMARKED lot. BUGGY's NEGLIGENCE and DAMAGE to car netted slightly over $1,000 for the obvious (possibly more) which they will either pay or they'll be in court!

There was a misunderstanding at an apartment complex. I was there for a short period of time and the neighbor lady called the towing company thinking that I was someone else. The woman who called was very polite and understanding when she was made aware of the mix up. It was dark out and I couldn't clearly see where to park.

I walked down to leave and a man from BUGGEYS TOWING was getting ready to tow my NEW car. I walked down and tried to make the man aware of the situation. He then proceeded to use profane language and tell me that he "Didn't give a sh*t how long I was there" that I am "Lucky I got down there and saved myself $140." He then proceeded to be ignorant and yell at me about the situation. Trying to hook up my car, STILL.

1. This is the WORST "service" I have ever received, EVER.

2. I am a young woman, the OLDER MAN had NO right to cuss or scream at me.

3. The exit they were going to tow my car out of would have smashed my front bumper off. Anyone with vision could clearly make that assumption.

BUGGEYS TOWING was ridiculous to deal with. I don't think I have EVER seen an adult man act the way that he did towards me, ever.

My family & I are NOT pleased. Actions will be taken and I will be contacting the apartment complex that hired them.

They don't even deserve 1 star on this website.
