We arrived at 9:45 and put are names down on the waiting list for a party of 3 were seated by 10 and are sitting there with no menu or anyone acknowledge that we were seated with no menu or even a drink in front of us 5 different servers walked by us not even greeting us or asking if we needed help or would like a drink , it's 10:16 and finally are server introduce him self and takes are drink order my husband orders sweet tea and while he brings my daughter and my soda he tells him there isn't any tea made if he would like water tell they made it my husband changes his drink to soda so he wouldn't have to wait the server gives us are drink and ask if we are ready to place are order we say yes and he walks off again with out taking are order and yet again we are sitting there for another 20 min with out being acknowledge by this time I'm getting pissed cause another party of 3 is sat in front of are table where within the first 5 min there server is already taking there drink order and there food order and yet were already gonna be there a hr and only thing we got was are drink order and bring ignored so I got my family and we left my husband still paid for are drinks after I insisted that he shouldn't I asked for a manager and I wasn't about to wait anymore so we left and I called to speak to a manager it's just sad cause we had been wanting Buffalo wild wings for a good while and just to disappointed cause
of the lack of customer service threw out the whole place

Really really I mean this place as the most ignorant employees the hostess is a f!!!! b!!!!

I WOULD LIKE TO WORK AND TO BE COME SOMETHING INTERESTING IN MY LIFE CAUSE I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING HALF OF MY LIFE TO FIND ME A JOB SO THATS MY LIFE I WOULD LOVE TO WORK AGAIN I HOPE SOON..
