Don't expect any courtesy here or normal customer service, doesn't exist. The rudest nasty people I ever had to deal with! My car was towed by these yahoos after a auto accident, the driver refused to bring my car to my body shop where my insurance adjuster has a office. The accident occurred on a Saturday they refused to tow my car from Dade City to Zephryhills. . Finally the following Tuesday my car was towed to the body shop by the body shops truck. When I had called about my car the "women" on the other end of the phone was screaming at me and the crazy part was she was accusing me of screaming at her! That is something I NEVER due it's pointless and immature. She then said to someone near the phone she wasn't going to argue with this M-----RF----KER This "women" is a real ignorant low class piece of work! Call ANY service But this one and why the local Police Dept. uses this towing company is a mystery. It's too bad I Had to give this place even one star they don't even deserve that.

To call or go into the business must interfere with their sleeping. They will not check to see if they have a part in inventory and they will not give out prices over the phone. Stay away like the plague. The only reason I did not give them a zero star, is it is not an option. 50 years, the original owner must not be connected to them they should not be in business 50 MINUTES!!!

Do not Expect To Be Treated Fairly Here!!! Picked up a fuel tank and filler neck from the folks here and all was happy on the sales end they even threw in a small gasket to fit around the filler neck for free. The fuel tank and filler neck turned out to not fit. We drove 50 miles to return the tank and filler neck and the owners refused to accept the items until we also returned the small worthless gasket that they "gave" us. We offered to pay for the gasket and they refused to sell it and were very rude and condescening during the whole time. I had no problem paying the 20% restocking fee which is clearly posted as their return policy nor paying for the $3 gasket but simply knowing that i had driven 50 miles he refused to sell that part and refused to refund any money on the fuel tank or neck without it. Completely unreasonable people and if you use them, you have been warned!
