This company is the worst, my ins. company called them to tow my vehicle the driver was suppose to show up at 3:06 at 3:25 I called to see where he was he got irate with me said that he was working another car and I could wait or forget it, said he would be 30 mins. will that was not true he never called to say he was going to be late in the first place, and in the 2nd he showed up 45 mins. after the original 30 mins he said he would be, and first thing from him was "I do not want any trouble" really from what I called him once, he said he was called every 30 mins, will then stop telling my ins. comp. you would be there in 30 mins, when you truly would not be, never called to say he would be late, was rude, when he showed up, then he loaded my car incorrectly, it was not properly secured, when they changed drivers on my at a gas station the new driver was really nice no attitude, however as soon as we drove off we heard noises, chains rattling and straps, my car was not strapped down correctly the new driver had to completely unstrap my car and re secure it, said that they did not strap it down correctly must have been in a hurry, really that is excusable, they where towing my car more then an hour away and had to drive through some mountain areas, up and down hills, around tight corners, something could have happened to my car, not good cust. service skills and some pretty bad attitude from the driver.
