Chet was quick to respond when we called him on a weekend about a flood in our carpeted basement this summer. He was thorough in giving information, seemed to really know his business and was very clear about what could or could not be achieved given that we had been away during the flood and the problem had been sitting for seven days. He was on the job the same day, tackled every issue including arranging to move a pool table out of the way, and his staff were pleasant, hard working and dillegent. He achieved complete success in the restoration of the basement carpet for a fair price and, throughout, he was kind, positive and sensitive to our concerns over the mess in our newly finished basement. He adjusted his price down when he found that could get a better price on new underlay for the carpet. Before he left, on completion of the job, I asked him to estimate the cleaning of upholster and area rugs throughout my home and his prices seem fair and reasonable. Going forward I will on
