I would recommend this company to anyone. They have great prices and provide incredible customer service.

It is funny that when you dont want to pay the bill for services rendered, you clam the work that was done is horrible. I have used this company for many years and have had nothing but perfect results. You should have paid your bill when service is rendered like the rest of us.

I would strongly advise any homeowner to look at another Rheem dealer for their service and/or install. This company provided shoddy service from not repairing vent holes adequately to leaving all their trash under my house. Biggest complaint was lack of communication b/n the company foreman and his workers which resulted in the wrong HVAC system being installed as well as venting exhaust fans out the roof when asked to vent out the side. Last but not least, I started receiving threatening phone calls from them within a week of their install saying they were going to an attorney b/c I hadn't paid yet even though I told them the check was in the mail. LIke I said, Homeowner Beware!!!!!

You complain because you had to pay for service, you would have had to pay alot more with any other company. Buddy and associates are a very honest and reliable bussiness.They put 2 unites in for me and was very friendly,professial.

One and half years after Buddy & Associates installed my new Ruud air conditioning unit, it broke down. Ruud supplied the part under it's five year warranty, but Buddy & Associates charged me $400 for 45 min. of labor!!! What a rip off!
