They're great! Super nice people, really worked with me on pricing and had my car done on time. They stuck by the estimate and the body work and paint retouching were beautiful!

Brown's Auto is a great place for your auto repairs. I live about an hour from Chapel Hill and this business came very highly recommended to me by a coworker. I was in need of some work to my car and needed it hassle free and for the best price. The people are super friendly and the work was amazing. I would recommend this auto repair shop to everyone.

A wonderful repair shop with superb customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone in the triangle or triad area of North Carolina. I reside in Raleigh, NC and it was well worth the drive to Chapel Hill.

I had my truck repaired about two weeks ago at Brown's Auto Collision Center. The prices were cheaper than local competition and the employees were polite and knew exacgtly what they were doing. I have to say I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend anyone to get services done there.

I had my Civic repaired at Browns Tanika was a great help, she helped me to understand my repair. I felt that she was gonna take good care of my claim. I didnt ask but she also was able to save me a little money on my deductible, it really helped.

Just picked up my car got an wheel bearing and alignment done for almost HALF of what the shop up the street was gonna charge. Thanks for the honesty

Had my timing belt and water pump done here. Cost was better than the other quotes I received. also had a collision repair done about 2 years ago, its still looks good. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family. They dont do electrical, still looking for a shop to fix something else

Thanks again William for the repair to my Mustang. Our family has used Williams shop since he was in Carrboro. We have 3 boys and have had our share of accidents. Mr. Brown has always done the best work for us at the best price. We made the mistake of going where the insurance company suggested once and really PAID for it. Thanks again I will always recommend this shop

unfortunately i need these guys more often than you would think, they always work well with my insurance company. they cant always save my deductible but they do what they can. The lobby is really nice my kids love it there
