Nice job with the installation of my new carpet for my basement and staircase. Very professional and they cleaned up all of their mess after they were done.

Very good cleaning and nice people too.

Brooklyn Rug Clean came to my house to look at one of my rugs that I needed cleaned and restored. It was my great grandma's rug and I wanted to preserve it. I explained that to them. They took such good care of it and brought it back looking remarkable.

They cleaned my runners in my hallway and steps and got out most of the spots. They did tell me that because the stains were ground in they could not guarantee it. I hadn't cleaned my carpet in about 10 years. I will call them in a year to clean it all again. Overall the experience with Brooklyn Rug Clean was great.

I am happy I chose them. The couch they cleaned turn out amazing.

I must say they do really good work. They move all the furniture and put it back in the exact same place. They always send the same people over so I am not surprised and nervous about who is coming to my house.

This service is the real deal. I agree with other reviewers, inasmuch as they truly care about their service. In addition, it's great to hear them whistle while they work. A first rate company. Their rates are reasonable. The only draw back is that after cleaning you will use your vacuum more often.

Clean Quick & Easy!! Just had the guys from Brooklyn Rug Clean over - they were on time, polite and careful with our things. We have 2 big dogs, 3 cats & two kids so you can imagine the challenge! I think the carpets look better than with any other company I have used. Price was slightly higher than the rest, but you get what you pay for.

He got to my place and went right to work! It was like he was a superhero! He swooped in, cleaned my couch, and then swooped right out! He was very fast, efficient and did an AMAZING job! spoke with a lady, she gave me all the details on the pricing and told me there are extra fees on specialty stains and a travel charge which I am glad this company was honest up front and I was even given a quote when the carpet cleaners came out
