The tow itself went very well & the driver was very friendly but this tow provider is VERY EXPENSIVE (they are a recommended subcontractor for Jones Junction which is where I was towed to). Due to their high charges, I was left owing a large part of the tow bill. My bill amounted to $129.25 for a 5.0 mile tow (Bing map). Sadly my warranty coverage only allowed for $70. The day before, I was towed 2.6 miles by another service who charged LESS than the $50 maximum amount allowed by my insurance coverage so I paid nothing.

Also, I called Brookhart a few days later requesting a copy of my tow invoice as I wanted to submit it to my insurance carrier for reimbursement. I called again days later but they never responded to my messages.

IN SHORT, THE DRIVERS ARE GREAT BUT THE CUSTOMERS ARE LEFT PAYING BEYOND WHAT THEIR COVERAGE ALLOWS. HIGH COSTS & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT VERY ADMIRABLE QUALITIES.

Save yourself a chunk of change and aggravation. Locate another tow provider.
