We ended up getting Brightway's phone number when I was complaining to a guy at work about having a hard time getting in touch with an electrician in Yankton.I called Rod's phone number on a Sat. I think and they scheduled a service call. They actually had to reschedule for another time later, but they called us right away to apologize and get another appointment set.The second call we made to them was actually a voicemail on my way to work. The new light was installed when I came home for lunch. We recommended them to our friends. They also had a similar experience. When we got the bill, we were extremely surprised at the affordability.We thought the reviews would be a good way to thank them.
