Iâ??ve been blessed with many IT leadership opportunities. Perhaps my proudest legacy has been the good fortune to attract over 2,500 diverse IT professionals. The ultimate goal has been to retain top talent and lead influential technology programs. So how did this happen? When I was 18, I became a soldier. Not just any soldier. I literally climbed to the top of my profession as the US Army Recruiter of the Year. Today with nearly 27 years of diverse IT experience I've found my calling to continue my IT leadership career in both technology and workforce strategies.
