I was recommended Brett's Towing by Ken Garff GM in Layton, UT. My car broke down on 9/9/11 around 5:30 when there were no technicians in. I got a hotel and waited and called Brett's Towing at 8:41 AM on 9/10/11. They told me it would be 45m before a truck could get to me. I waited for 1 hr before calling to see if they were coming, at which point they told me 30m. 45m after that, I called back to confirm that they were coming, explaining again that the mechanic would close early today and that the vehicle was not drivable. They told me that they would send somebody out "soon". Ryan (at Ken Garff, who offered to pay towing in exchange for my business) was very helpful and called Brett's Towing to persuade them to come more quickly. Ryan explained to us that it would be 20m until they arrived. At this point I had already been waiting, strange city for 2 1/2 hrs. I called Brett's Towing after exactly 20m and waited another 10m. They only came after I threatened contacting the BBB.
