I went to school with Charlie but that did not influence this review. They installed my current hvac unit some years ago. Whenever i had a question through these years they where there to assist me. They saved me from buying a new thermostat when i swore i needed one. Benny and crew did the instlallation complete in one day. Charlie has been there anytime i called him. To this date i have not had any major problems with this unit or their work. Not only will i recommend their company i am planning on using them for a new unit in the very near future. This company is very, very affordable. They pay attention to detail, are friendly, and efficient. The service man was on time. and never dallied in his work. He even showed me some things I could do myself to save him coming out, and save me money! I highly recommend this company
