Following a major insurance claim on my rental home where the contractors had removed large portions of drywall. Since I live in the Bay Area and do not know the contractors in the Sac area, I received a recommendation to contact BPM Drywall repair to complete the rebuild. Roger with BPM Drywall repair was able to give me an estimate for almost exactly what the insurance adjuster had set as the price (even without seeing the insurance paperwork). Not only was his cost extremely fair but Roger was able to repair a few unforseen problems on the spot. He was very communicative and called me with each issue promptly. He had a wonderful rapport with my tenants who were living in the house during the rebuild and was able to keep them content during the work. I would recommend Roger to anyone needing drywall repair.
