After a recent move to Florida from up north, my husband and I experienced a failure of our air conditioning on a Saturday. A neighbor recommend Boyd, so we gave them a call. Within an hour, a technician arrived. He worked mightily to try to get our unit to function, but the compressor was shot. We know it was an old unit, so we asked how soon a new one could be delivered and installed. The technician (Larry) described our best options and gave us an estimate. He said he could be here early Monday morning - and indeed they were!



Larry and his helper Cody worked tirelessly in the intense heat from 9:30 to 3:30 today. They were polite, well spoken, and obviously knowledgable. Our new unit is fabulous!!! We are as happy as we can be with Boyd AC & Heating, with their expert technicians, and our new air conditioner/heat pump. I highly recommend Boyd for your AC and heating needs in Lakeland FL.
